1.How the hair is measured?

The straight textures are measured true to length.

The curly,body wave,loose wave and deep wave are measured when hair is pulled straight.

2.Can the hair be straightened or curled?

Yes,this is 100% human hair,so treat it as your own.You can curl and straighten the hair as desired but keep the temperature.The hair may lose some of the curl pattern with constant blow dryer.

3.Can my new hair be colored/dyed?

Yes,you can color the our hair.Our hair is 100% human hair of premium quality and has never chemically treated and it can therefore handle the coloring process very well.However,it will no longer be virgin once u color or process the hair.We suggest you consult a professional if u wish to color your new hair.

4.Why are my hair extensions getting tangled ?

Hair will be a little dry after high temperature steam processed .Hair Extensions tangle due to dryness , oil & dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily. Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help. Sulfate/alcohol involved products will leads to dry and frizzy,please notice that in advance！As your own hair ,the real human wigs need good care and manage too，your patience ,hardworking and good care habit can keep the hair as beautiful ,soft and silky as the healthy hair should be.

5.Can i swimming with the hair?

we don't sugest you to swim with the hair. it may cause tangle
